Our team is made up of largely technical staff. We call these people “The Wizards”. At times their pure geekiness and depth of knowledge produces some magic outcomes; solutions that delight our customers and/or improve our back end systems. It is through the passion and dedication of these people that we can provide you with reliable web development and network & computer support services.

Matthew Chapman - Creative Director

Key to Loaded’s success is excellence in creative design covering not only web interface but also many other aspects of online creative such as banner ad production, marketing promotions, and flash animation.

Our creative director Matthew Chapman has a wealth of experience in web design.  In 1995, Matthew was one of the first graphic designers in Australia to make a transition into full time commercial interactive design. He was one of the original members of  Lintas' interactive division, APL Digital (now BizDigital). Matthew led their design team until 1999, winning several awards in the process. Projects included creative direction and design for clients such as Telstra, Compaq, Commonwealth Bank, Yellow Pages, Vodafone, Nestle, Yates and Ebay.

In addition to Internet design, Matthew has gained a strong reputation in the development of Corporate Identity design. Identities include XT3, OneMedia, Massmedia, ReachOut, WinePool and 5th Finger to name a few.

Stephen Durant - Web Solutions Sales

Stephen joins the Loaded team with an abundance of sales experience having come from both retail and wholesale backgrounds. Stephen has brought with him a broad cross section of industry knowledge, applying his interest in all things electronic with an ability to liaise with many people on many levels.  Above all, he is passionate about satisfying our customers and keeping up to date with the fast moving and ever changing IT industry.

Mark Tallis - General Manager 

If you have any issues of feedback at all, don't hesitate to contact Mark Tallis. The buck stops with him.

Mark took over as general manager of Loaded at the end of 2004. He comes to the company with a strong background in business management and IT processes across both large and small businesses. Mark has an engineering degree and MBA at Melbourne University.

Career highlights include 6 years working for Southcorp Wine division, 1 year working for Artesian.com.au, 2 start up companies and 2 years working for EDS, a large multinational IT outsourcing company.
