Start Outlook , and on the Tools menu, click Accounts.

Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and then click Next
Click on your account in the main window and then click Change
In the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, change the following settings:
Incoming mail server (POP3): Type in pop.loadedtechnologies.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): Type in smtp.loadedtechnologies.com
** If you use your own registered domain name you MUST STILL change this setting. It will not affect your ability to receive mail for your own domain name.
User Name: Type in your user name that you have been provided, this will be your full e-mail address.
** If you do not use Loaded Technologies or Cimtec for your Internet Connection, leave the "SMTP server" setting alone.
Password: Type in the password you have been provided.

Click on Test Account Settings and wait for it to complete the tests. If everything is working okay you should see a box like the one below. Once the tests have finished, click Close then Next and then Finish.

Your e-mail account should be set-up now, simply click
to connect and retreive your e-mail.
